He is a thorough and detail-oriented project manager of consulting engagements, curriculum development, training events, and internal development. As an entrepreneur, he opened and managed two successful small businesses. He has also worked in several startups, including during a successful IPO at Aspect Development.

Jim earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering-Computers from Stanford University and more recently completed his Masters degree in Business Intelligence from the Haub School of Business at Saint Joseph's University (2014).
